You can sign up for email notification of new products. Simply send an email with SUBSCRIBE in the subject. We send very few emails, and you won't receive any spam. We don't sell, lease, rent or trade your contact info with anyone, and our Linux based computer systems are very secure.

We'd be very interested if you have an idea for a product you think we should provide, but we're not interested in manufacturing or marketing a product in any form of mutual venture or partnership arrangement.

SPECIAL ORDERING & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS - IMPORTANT!

We greatly prefer online orders, as the efficiency is a large part of the reason we can keep our prices so low. If it's an option for you, it's almost always the fastest and most secure way to order. Our online ordering is simple, and you can pay with any major credit card, a debit card, your PayPal account, or electronic transfer from your bank account (3 day delay). PayPal may not like VISA gift cards, but otherwise, accepts almost any legitimate payment.

We are unable to process telephone orders. If you are unable to place an online order, we do accept US Postal Service Money Orders which are available at any US Post Office for a nominal fee.

Please make USPS Money Orders payable to Tacticool Products. Include a list of the items you'd like and your shipping address. We can ship to post office boxes, including APOs. If you provide an email address, you will receive shipping notification with tracking information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cashiers checks, third party checks, checks drawn on banks outside the United States, Western Union Moneygrams, and money orders from grocery stores and convenience stores will be returned. We are only able to process USPS Money Orders, and at this time we are unable to accept any other form of payment as an alternative to the numerous online payment options.

We ONLY accept the following forms of payment:

1) Online - All major credit cards, debit cards, eCheck electronic transfer from a checking or savings account, or PayPal. All of these various payment types are processed by PayPal.

2) Mail Order - USPS money orders (and only USPS money orders) available from any US Post Office.
